Workshops

Who Are They For?

A low-commitment way to start uncovering what your body’s been missing.

These sessions are for people who want to keep doing the things they love. Whether you're an athlete, a lifelong mover, or simply want to age well and stay active.

In each workshop, you’ll learn about topics such as:
– Retraining posture
– Restoring foot function
– Understanding your compensation patterns

And start building a body that moves with more ease and less frustration. You’ll also get a chance to ask questions about some of your own body’s patterns.

Your Teacher

I love teaching workshops because I’ve walked this path too.
With 12 years of ballet training including Canada’s National Ballet School and another 12 as a salsa dancer (Canadian and World amateur champion), I’ve lived through both the peak-performance highs and the setbacks of injury. I also hold a Master’s and PhD in biology, specializing in animal movement, which means I see the body through both scientific and embodied lenses.

If you’ve been doing all the right things and still feel like something’s missing, come get a glimpse of what your body might be asking for next.
